Welcome!

We are a group for Drupal enthusiasts who enjoy getting together the first Thursday of each month at 6pm to talk about Drupal, plan Drupal events, and have some fun. During TBDUG meetings we showcase modules, projects, and themes. Share your tips and tricks, and get your questions about Drupal answered!

We meet at the Panera Bread on 2285 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater, FL 33762 - (727) 592-9690

Meetings are free if we buy food. Tell the cashier you are with the Drupal group. Please join us!!

Logging in to a Drupal Site using Facebook

Hello all,

So I've been doing some research and I've found about 6 modules that seem promising as far as letting users log in to a Drupal site using their Facebook logins. I know Mike said we could have a meeting where we set up a computer with a test Drupal site and create a test Facebook profile to try these out.

May Meetup Topic

Hey All, we have our next meetup coming up on May 3rd. As far as I know, we don't have anyone on the books to present anything. We can always fall back to just general questions and show & tell which I think can be just as valuable as an actual presentation, but if we want a presentation we should throw out some topic ideas and see if we can't get one of us to speak on it.

I'm not actually sure what I want to know more about at the moment, so I don't have any pressing topic ideas :)

April 2012 Recap

Well, I tried to do as good a job with the video but failed this go around. I forgot my power supply for the camera, with a less than half charged battery...so we got about 25 min of a 90 min presentation. I also forgot to hit the record button until about 5 minutes into the presenation, so I missed the setup.

The presentation by Mike was great though, and I'm very glad he was able to make the drive over!

FL Drupal Branding Discussion

If you head over to GDO (http://groups.drupal.org/node/222394), the FL group is having a conversation about creating some branding for the whole state using left over money from the last Drupal Camp. Since it's for all of FL, you should head over and voice your opinion on the thread. The more participants in the conversation, the better!
